Suite Arrival is a mobile getting-ready suite serving Tampa Bay, run by Amy and Will. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the details you send us. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us when you check your date on this website, fill in our form on Facebook or Instagram, or email us:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your event type, date, venue or town, and the package you're interested in
- anything else you write in your message
How we use it
To reply to you, check and hold your date, and send you pricing and booking information for your event. That's all. We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't add you to anyone else's mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Our email (Google Workspace): your messages arrive in our inbox.
- Google: the "Check your date" form on this website saves your enquiry to our private Google Sheet and emails it to our inbox.
- Meta: if you use our form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects it and passes it to us. Meta's own privacy policy also applies there.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, and it has no advertising pixels or trackers that follow you around the internet. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them; like any web request, that shows Google your IP address.
How long we keep it
Until your event date has passed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you book with us, we keep the booking records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
Email [email protected] at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Reply "stop" to any email and we won't contact you again.
Prom and quinceañera bookings
These are arranged by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
